Description

Coenzyme Q10, also known as ubiquinone, is a critical metabolite in the production of cellular energy. CoQ10 is a true coenzyme and an essential component of the mitochondria. Mitochondria produce ATP (the body's chemical energy currency) by way of their electron transport chains. CoQ10 plays a crucial role at the core of the electron transport chain. CoQ10 is also a potent fat-soluble antioxidant.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains:
Coenzyme Q10: 100 mg
Vitamin C ( as Ascorbic acid): 50 mg
Other ingredients: Cellulose, magnesium stearate.

Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, 1 or 2 capsules two or three times per day with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
