No chemical fertilized or insecticides are used in this product. The whole beet, including leaves, is mascerated and the juice is evaporated to dryness under high vacuum with infinite care and at near body temperature to retain a maximum of the enzymes, vitamins, and mineral factors. A ton of beets produces less than 20 lb. of powder which is then compressed into tablets. Therefore, the nutrients are present at 10 times their amounts in the beet plant on a weight for weight basis. It is for nutritional use to supply the trace element content of the entire raw beet.
