Medical research shows that high fiber intake is important for good digestive health. Fibermax is a combination of Psyllium Husk and Oat Bran - two of nature's safest, lowest calorie sources of dietary fibers. The seed husks of psyllium yield a large amount of insoluble dietary fiber. This bulk producing fiber encourages normal elimination naturally without chemical stimulants and is non-addictive. Oat Bran is included in Fibermax because it has one of the highest levels of soluble fiber found in food and is a gentle bulk laxative for the occasional relief of constipation.
Ingredients
Each Rounded Tablespoon (approx. 12 grams) contains:
Proprietary Blend- Psyllium seed husk powder (Plantago ovata) & Oat bran powder (Axena sativa) (hulls): 12 g
Other ingredients: Enzymax® (calcium carbonate,bromelian, papain, lipase, amylase, protease, silica).
This product contains no animal products, wheat, sugar, milk, yeast, artificial flavors, colorings or preservatives.
Suggested Usage
Usual Adult Dosage: One tablespoon daily.
Fibermax Powder Directions:
1) Mix one (1) tablespoon of Fibermax in a glass of cold water or orange juice (for best results mix equal amounts of Lecithin and Bee Pollen from Maxi Health Research)
2) Stir briskly and drink promptly. If mixture thickens, add more liquid and stir. Drinking another glass of liquid is helpful.
3) Best when taken before dinner.
