Natto-Z- Nattokinase is an enzyme derived from boiled soybeans and Bacillus natto. Research has shown nattokinase supports the body in breaking up and dissolving unhealthy coagulation of blood and supports fibrinolytic activity. These actions support overall good circulation and thus cardiovascular health. Every tissue in your body relies on your heart to circulate blood through all the blood vessels in your body in order to deliver nutrients and clear waste.

Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, adults orally take one natto-z capsule three times daily with one taken at bedtime. May be taken with or without food.

I have been taking natto-z for over a year and have such wonderful results. I suffered from bad circulation and have had cramping in my calf. After taking natto-z for the first month, I noticed a huge overall difference in my health.
I wondered about any side effects, I stopped taking it for a week. After that time, I noticed that my circulation problem and cramping had come back. I immediately started taking the capsule once again and lo and behold, the next day, I started feeling better once again and my circulation had gotten better along with the cramps being gone. Whether it was due to the natto-z, I cannot be for certain. I can, however, testify to the remarkable change in my health that natto-z has had on me since taking it.
