Ingredients

Each Capsule Contains:
Melatonin: 3 mg
Choline (as choline bitartrate): 50 mg
Inositol: 400 mg
Lecithin (from soybean oil): 400 mg
Other Ingredients: Enzymax® (calcium carbonate, bromelain, papain, lipase, amylase, protease, silica), rice flour, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, vegetable cellulose.

Suggested Usage

Take one (1) capsule at bedtime, or as directed.
