Suggested Usage

Mix 2 scoops with 8-12 ounces of cold water or for additional calories use milk or juice. Stir until dispersed and drink immediately. You may add more or less liquid to meet your desired taste. Drink 1-4 servings per day or as directed by your health care practitioner.
