First Organics supplements were formulated by Dr. Maffetone to provide the full spectrum of nutrients found in whole foods. Dr. Maffetone, a widely recognized expert on nutrition and health, practiced complementary medicine for 25 years and is the author of In Fitness and In Health and other books. He is also known for his work with professional athletes and celebrity personalities. The supplements provide natural but significant doses of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients, from uncooked whole-food ingredients. The whole-food ingredients undergo a special heat-free process to preserve critical nutrients. This is a wide departure from traditional highdose synthetic supplements, which also may contain fillers, coatings and other unnatural ingredients. First Organics Inc. was formed by Dr. Phil Maffetone and his partners to develop and market the world’s first certified-organic whole-food dietary supplements.
