Ingredients

Glucosamine (as Glucosamine HCl), Chondroitin (as Chondroitin Sulfate), MSM (as Methylsulfonylmethane).
Other Ingredients: Purified Water, Fructose, Glycerin, Natural Cherry Flavor, Natural Mixed Berry Flavor, Natural Raspbery Flavor, Natural Vanilla Extract, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Xanthan Gum, Caramel Color.

Suggested Usage

For adults and children ages 12 and older. As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablespoons (30 ml) daily. May be taken directly or mixed in water or juice.
