1000 mg of vitamin C per tablet, with citrus bioflavonoids. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that plays a vital role in many immune system activities, and supports the normal maintenance and repair of connective tissue. Bioflavonoids naturally occur with vitamin C and enhance its activity.
Fruit and vegetable powders such as orange, guava and broccoli, that naturally contain vitamin C and its cofactors, making Food-Based C-1000 more like a tool than regular supplements.
Elder, an herb used in Native American Herbalism to support the health of the natural defenses.
A base of spirulina, a blue-green algae that is one of the world's most nutritious foods.
Ingredients
Each Tablet Provides:
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid): 1000 mg
Citrus Bioflavonoids: 50 mg; Whole Food Blend (Orange, Guava, Broccoli) 2:1 Extract: 40 mg; European Elder {berry} 2:1 Extract: 15 mg; Spirulina: 10 mg
Other Ingredients: cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable), modified cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate. Coating: vegetable food glaze.
Suggested Usage
1 tablet daily, with or between meals, or as desired.
