Cayanne (fruit) , Lactobacillus Acidophilus (Dairy Free) ,
Barberry (bark root) , Shattered Cell Wall Chlorella (leaf) ,
Marshmallow (root) , Red Raspberry (leaf) , Triphala (fruit)
Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscamellose sodium, silicon dioxide, sodium starch glyconate, soy polysaccharides and magnesium stearate.

Suggestions:
Start out with 1 tablet in the evening on an empty stomach.
Increase by one tablet each evening until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day.
Maintain the dosage until loose stool develops
When you experience loose stool, simply decrease the dosage by 1 tablet.
Maintain the lower dosage until loose stool develops.
Decrease each time loose stool develops until you experience 2-3 bowel movements per day on your own. Do not exceed 6 tablets of this product per day
