Suggested Usage
Brewing Instructions: Each bag makes 32 oz''s (1 qt). Boil 1 gallon of water. Remove from heat and add all four tea bags. After ten minutes, remove the tea bags. Do not boil the tea! Sweeten to taste, if desired (honey works best, but sugar can also be used). Drinking Instructions: The day of desired cleansing on an empty stomach (no food/liquids for 4-5 hours), drink all the tea continuously for three hours prior to the time you want to be clean. Tea is effective for two hours after finishing, so plan carefully. (Example: Need to be clean at 12? Drink tea steadily from 9 till 12, and you''re clean from 12 till 2! Urinate frequently. Take all enclosed supplement capsules (B-2, creatine, & protein) when you have finished 3/4 of the tea. Pace your drinking so you can finish the last glass as close as possible to your desired time.
