Suggested Usage

Stir two tablespoons of Naturade 100% Soy Protein into eight ounces of your favorite juice or beverage. For a smoother, thicker shake, mix in an electric blender with crushed ice. Fruit can be added for variety. You can increase or decrease liquid to meet your desired taste. For a delicious high protein milk shake add powder to skim milk. Add 1/2 banana for a special treat.
