BeSure Food Enzyme is a Dietary Supplement of food enzymes derived from Aspergillus help to break down sugars and fibers to prevent the fermentation of food and the generation of gas.

It is all natural and taken with meal. Beans, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Lentils, and Soy-Based Foods contain the complex sugars which can cause embarrassing gas (flatulence).
