Maltodextrin Palm Oil Canola Oil Palm Kernel Oil Sunflower Oil Soy Powder Rice Powder Bifidobacteria Culture Suggested Usage
To prepare one portion: (measuring spoon enclosed) add 5 level measuring spoons (1oz.) to approx. 5 oz. (slightly more than 1/2 cup) of warm (not hot) water or milk. Mix, shake or blend to dissolve well before drinking. Each measuring spoonful is equivalent to one slightly rounded tablespoon.
Recommendations: Can be taken any time of day, with or in between meals.
Adults: Take above mixture 1-3 times daily as desired. Children: Take 1/2- 1 portion daily. Infants: Take 1/2 - 1 measuring spoonful daily. If mixing into infant formula please check to see that bottle nipple does not clog.
