(Ginger Root, Peppermint Leaves, Cramp Bark, Spearmint Leaves, Wild Yam root, Fennel Seed, Catnip (aerial part), Papaya Leaves

Other Ingredients: Gelatin, Purified Water, MCT, Vitamin E and Rosemary Oil as natural Freshcare preservatives.

Suggested Usage

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules 3 times daily with meals.
