Ingredients

Each Tablet Contains:
Vitamin C (as Ester C® calcium ascorbate): 500 mg
Calcium (as Ester C® calcium ascorbate): 59 mg
Lemon bioflavonoid complex [50% total bioflavonoids]: 375 mg
Other Ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable sterene, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium silicate, silica, Enzymax® (calcium carbonate, bromelain, papain, lipase, amylase, protease, silica)

Suggested Usage

Take one (1) or two (2) tablets in the morning and one (1) or two (2) tablets in the evening, preferably with meals.
