Lignan Gold Flax Oil is a BIO-EFA food oil, ensuring the most bioavailable essential fatty acids. Current research indicates that lignans have important nutritive and preventive properties. Flax particulate is the richest known plant source of lignans. This product is stable at room temperature, however it is kept refrigerated in our warehouse for extra freshness. It does not require refrigeration until it is opened.
Lignan Gold Flax Oil is a certified organic high lignan flax oil. It contains all the benefits of flax oil plus the added lignans. Lignans are phytonutrients (plant nutrients) which support healthy immune function. Our fresh product does not have a grassy taste like other Flax products and has a shelf life of thirteen months prior to opening. Only one tablespoon of Flax Lignan Gold is needed to meet daily Omega-3 needs.

100% Certified Organic Flax seed oil with rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols (Vitamin E), ascorbyl palmitate (Vitamin C) and citric acid to protect freshness.
Suggested Usage
One tablespoon daily.
