Description
Evening Primrose Oil contains GLA which is known to help prevent hardening of the arteries, heart disease, PMS, multiple sclerosis, inflammation, enhances the release of sex hormones including estrogen and testerone, aids in lowering cholesterol and used in the treatment of cirrhosis of the liver.
Primrose Liquid Gold provides pure Evening Primrose Oil in liquid form for vegetarians or those who cannot or do not like swallowing capsules. It can be sprinkled on salads or other foods and only half a teaspoon, the equivalent of five 500 mg capsules, is needed. Also, apply it directly to the skin to revive dry skin or for relieving eczema.
Ingredients
1/2 tsp.(2.5 ml) contains:
Gamma-Linolenic Acid {GLA}(Omega-6): 225 mg
Linoleic Acid (omega-6): 1850 mg
Oleic Acid (omega-9): 185 mg
Other Ingredients: Evening Primrose seed oil, Rosemary Extract, Mixed Tocopherols (Vitamin E), Ascorbyl Palmitate (Vitamin C) and Citric Acid to protect freshness.
Suggested Usage
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 grams) for ingestion daily. Refrigerate after opening.
