Suggested Usage
Adults and children 12 years of age and over. At the onset of symptoms, spray throat every 3 hours. To spray: After removing Larydol Spray from the box, move the side arm of the Larydol Spray to a 90 degree position. With arm inserted partway into the throat, push down on container cap to receive a refreshing spray of Larydol Spray with Echinacea.

I love this stuff - at the first sign of a sore throat, I use it. I believe that it cuts a pending strep throat off at the knees. I really believe in it AND it kills the pain!
