Ingredients

2 Capsules contain:
Chitosan (from LipoSan Ultra™): 500 mg
Psyllium (Plantago psyllium)(seed): 400 mg
Guar Gum: 5mg
Apple Pectin Proprietary: 10 mg
Other ingredients: Gelatin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Suggested Usage

Adults take two(2) capsules half hour before each meal with an 8oz. glass of water.

IThis product is not to be taken by pregnant or lactating women.
