To maximize its therapeutic benefits, you can apply it as a rub after a hot mustard bath. Dr. Singha's Mustard Rub contains essential oils of Mustard Seed, Marjoram, Lavender, Rosemary, Sandalwood and Thyme in a base of almond and organic safflower oils.
Ingredients
Organic Safflower Oil blended with Pure Mustard Oil Almond Oil with Vitamin E Essential Oils of Lavender Rosemary Marjoram Sandalwood Thyme and Mustard Seed. For external use only. Keep out of children's reach. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
Suggested Usage
Use after a Dr. Singha's Mustard Bath, a sauna, a Jacuzzi or after a plain old hot bath! Massage the oil well into your body. When used as a therapeutic massage, a hot shower followed by a brief cold shower is recommended shortly after the session. A few drops can be added to the bath for your pleasure.
