Suggested Usage

Add 1 level tsp. (less if desired) to 8 oz. of hot or cold water. Add lemon or mint and Stevia as desired. For great taste we suggest adding Wisdom of the Ancients brand Stevia Concentrate or Stevia Tea bags or SteviaPlus from the SweetLeaf Company.
