Red Clover, Lysimachia Christina Leaf, Honey Suckle Flower, Dandelion Root, Ranunculus Ternatus Root, Saposhnikovia Divaricata Root, Licorice Root, Peppermint Leaf, Cinnamon Bark, Ginger Root, Tangerine Peel, Lopatherum Gracile Leaf, Viola Leaf, Pulsatilla Root, Mulberry Leaf, Isatis Leaf, Spirodela Polyrrhiza, Rhubarb Root, Ho Shou Wu (fo ti) Root, Perilla Leaf, Burdock Root, Philodendron Bark, Natural Flavors.
Suggested Usage
Steep one tea bag in one cup of hot water for 2-5 minutes. Stir well, remove tea bag and serve. As a daily beverage, use 1-2 tea bags per day. For a stronger tea, use more tea bags and water and drink more frequently. As a stronger periodic cleanse, drink 2 cups, followed by additional cups throughout the day, as needed. Or, steep 4 tea bags in 3 cups of water, keep warm, and drink over one hour. Repeat 2-4 times a day. For additional support, and a more complete approach, drink this tea along with Triple Leaf Herbal Laxative Tea, or any of our diet teas.
