Suggested Usage
Just before sleep, aim directly into your mouth and spray to the back of your throat to maximize the amount you swallow. Spray 1 (or up to 5) complete sprays or spray increments of 2 (or more) 1/2 sprays for ease of use. Repeat spraying if you drink or eat after spraying. Before using Silent Snore, we STRONGLY advise clearing your nasal passages with saline nasal spray to decrease snoring (instructions inside).
