The SoftHemp Bars are chewy rather than crunchy. See which ones you prefer. Ruth has now introduced three flax bars. These bars contain 24% ground and whole flax. Flax is another amazing seed, providing lots of Omega 3 and Flax Lignans. Lignans are a type of phytoestrogen, and have been shown in animals to have excellent anti-cancer properties. Studies in humans are on-going. Besides that, flax aids in digestion. We have boosted the protein count of the flax bars by adding hemp protein powder. Omega 3, flax lignans and high quality hemp protein makes these bars definite winners.
