Gaba-ValL Gamma Amino Butyric Acid (GABA) is an amino acid complex which, when taken with niacinamide and inositol, can mimic the calming effects of valium and librium without the heavy sedated effect of these drugs. Vitamin B-1 (thiamine) is known as the "morale vitamin" because of its relation to a healthy nervous system and its beneficial effect on mental attitude. Magnesium is necessary for proper functioning of nerves, muscles and neuromuscular contractions. Glutamic Acid is used as fuel by the brain. Synergistic herbs are added which are known to produce sedative effects on various parts of the body. Brain tissue provides growth and repair factors for weak or exhausted brain cells and has a balancing effect.

Suggested Usage
For anxiety and/or nevousness, take 1 capsule three times a day. For sleeplessness, take 1 to 3 capsules before bedtime.
