Each Softgel Contains:
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol): 150 IU
Coenzyme Q-10 (ubidecarenone USP): 100 mg

Suggested Usage

One (1) softgel daily preferably with or after a meal. Since Q-Gel is a bioenhanced formulation, do not exceed recommended dosage, except on the advice of a physician.
