Who doesn’t need extra energy? Pro-oxidants like CoQ10 carry oxygen to the cells to produce ATP, which powers the mitochondria at the cellular level. The “Free Radical Theory of Aging”, has become an accepted cause of aging. Oxidative stress is the destructive condition that occurs when there are excessive free radicals (think of rust on a car).
