Place Lamphugger™ on unlit light bulb (Optimum results with a 60 watt light bulb). Put several drops of NOW® Essential Oil anywhere on the Lamphugger™. Turn the lamp on. Bulb heat will diffuse the NOW® Essential Oil throughout the room.
