Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 1/4 rounded teaspoon (770 mg) 3 times daily with water or juice, preferably on an empty stomach. Start with one 1/4 rounded teaspoon per day and gradually increase to three 1/4 rounded teaspoons per day.
