Suggested Usage

Then take 6 capsules with 16 ounces of water every 15 minutes until you have finished all 24 capsules. (3.) Capsules are most effective two hours after finishing, so plan carefully. (4.) Take all enclosed supplement capsules (creatine and protein) with your last 6 capsules. (5.) Time your drinking so you finish the last 6 capsules and 16 oz. of water as close as possible to your desired time.
