Borage Oil is a rich source of the omega-6 fatty acid Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) that may help maintain healthy moisturized skin, joint flexibility, blood pressure, heart rate, vascular dilation, blood clotting, lipolysis, immune response, and the central nervous system.
