Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, polyvinylpyrrolidone, croscarmellose sodium, calcium carbonate, vegetable stearine, magnesium stearate, magnesium silicate, silica, coating (FD&C blue #2, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, talc, titanium dioxide), sodium chloride, sodium glycolate.
Suggested Usage
As a dietary supplement, take 2 servings (each serving consisting of 3 caplets with an 8 oz. glass of water) daily. On workout days, take one serving in the morning and the other immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, take one serving in the morning and the other anytime during the day. Consume ten 8 oz. glasses of water daily to help enhance creatine absorption, to maintain an adequate state of hydration, and for general good health.
