Suggested Usage

The Newly Committed: Start with 1 serving (3 VasoFuse Pulse Tablets) with 8 oz. glass of water, 2 times daily. On training days, down 1 of these servings before you attack the iron. Extreme Bodybuilders & "Lifers": Up to 200 Pounds, 8 tablets daily (take 4 tablets twice daily). Over 200 Pounds, 10 tablets daily (Take 5 tablets twice daily). DO NOT EXCEED 10 TABLETS IN A 24-HOUR PERIOD. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.

Warnings: Not intended for use by persons under 18. May cause flushing and itching. Do not use if you have had a myocardial infarction (heart attack). Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use and call a medical doctor immediately if you experience irregular heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, headache, nausea, or difficulty breathing. Do not use if you are using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI). One beginner's serving of this product (3 tablets) contains approximately as much caffeine as about two cups of coffee. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine (e.g. coffee, tea or cola), or ingredients or other products with a known stimulant effect.
