The Total EFA with Pure Fish Oil is a blend of Essential Fatty Acid (EFA) nutritional oils. It combines certified organic flaxseed oil, borage oil, and fish oil with a special antioxidant blend for protecting freshness.
The Total EFA with Pure Fish Oil contains only the oils that are most potent in the essential fats that your body needs. There are no "filler" oils in The Total EFA with Fish Oil; just oils that provide maximum health benefits to meet your complete daily EFA needs.
Ingredients
Alpha-Linolenic Acid (omega-3), Eicosapentaenoic Acid (omega-3), Docosahexaenoic Acid (omega-3), Gamma-Linolenic Acid (omega-6), Linoleic Acid (omega-6), Oleic Acid (omega-9), Certified organic cold expeller-pressed flaxseed oil, deep sea cold-water fish body oil from oil from wild sardines, anchovies and mackerel, borage seed oil, natural lemon-lime flavor, contains less than 0.2% each of the following: rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols (natural vitamin E), ascorbyl palmitate (vitamin C) and citric acid to protect freshness.
Suggested Usage
One to three teaspoons daily.
