Schoenenberger Red Beet Crystals blend well into fruit juices, milk and milk products, soup, Muesli, cereals, and other dishes. Also delicious eaten dry. Because of many serving possibilities, pleasant taste, and high quality Red Beet Crystals are suitable for consumption over an extended period of time and in larger amounts. Schoenenberger Red Beet Crystals are carefully manufactured from the pure pressed juice of the beet tubers. The finished product contains all of the valuable, natural elements of the fresh beets. For over 70 years, the Schoenenberger factories have been producing freshly pressed plant and vegetable juices on their plantations by the Black Forest in Magstadt, Germany.
Important: Storage: After opening, store a dry place. Replace the cap tightly after use as Red Beet Crystals readily absorb moisture when exposed to air. Although moisture may cause caking of the crystals, the products value will not be diminished. The contents of this bottle may settle in transit. The filling level may fluctuate according to crystal density. This 7 oz. (200gr) jar of Schoenenberger Red Beet Crystals was produced from approximately 6 lbs. Of red beet tubers. One heaping tablespoon (10 gr. - 1/3oz.) of Red Beet Crystals contains 35 kilocalories, and is equivalent to approximately three ounces of Schoenenberger Red Beet Juice. Beet Root (Beta Vulgaris) has blood fat inhibiting and liver cell regeneration properties. Beets has high iron, potassium and magnesium content, soluble and insoluble fiber, sugar stabilizing effects, and essential for liver function and regeneration.

Unless otherwise indicated, take 1 heaping tablespoon (approximately 10gr) in a glass of water 2-4 times daily before meals. Red Beet Crystals can also be easily added to fruit juices, milk products, Muesli, cereals, as well as other dishes, or eaten dry straight from the spoon.
