Each 325 mg capsule contains:

Organic Motha/Cyperus (Cyperus rotundus) 200 mg.

Organic Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) 65 mg.

Organic Tulsi/Holy Basil (Ocimum sanctum) 30 mg.

Organic Licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra) 30 mg.

Suggested Usage

2-3 capsules morning and early afternoon.
