Suggested Usage

Consult a physician before using this product if you have or have a family history of heart, kidney, liver, or thyroid disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, recent headaches, seizure disorder, cardiac arhythmias, stroke, pheochromacytoma, depression or other psychiatric conditions, pernicious anemia, glaucoma, difficulty in urinating, prostate enlargement or seizure disorder. If youare using a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) or any other dietary supplement, prescription drug or over the counter drug containing ephedrine, pseudopheodrine or phenylpropanolamine (ingredients found in certain allergy, asthma, cough/cold, and weight control products). Discontinue use if dizziness, sleeplessness, loss of appetite, or nausea occurs. Excedding recommended serving may cause serious advers health effects including heart attack, seizure, stroke, and death. Discontinue use and call a physician immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, severe headache, shortness of breath or other similar symptoms. Those who consume caffeine with the product may experience serious adverse health effects. this product contains caffeine and salicin (a precursor to aspirin), and should not be taken by those wishing to eliminate them from their diet. It is not recommended to take this product if you are comsuming ephedrine. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
