Both Vitamin C and Lycopene, a known powerful antioxidant, are key ingredients in our formula. 4 packets per day gives you the same amount of Lycopene found in 1/2 lbs. of fresh tomatoes! Plant Sterols: Virtually every plant contains natural sterols, which work with your body chemistry to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels when combined with a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and low in saturated fat. For maximum benefit it is important to take 1 to 2 packets, twice daily with meals.

Suggested Usage
